You have a barber dime, minted from 1892 and named after its designer and the chief engraver of the us mint at that time, charles barber. it has the same alloy of 90% silver as its successor the mercury dime and the seated liberty dime before it. depending on the condition and mintmark(if any) on your dime, it could be worth $3 or less in worn condition, to around $6 in average circulated. the mercury dime design was only introduced in 1916 and struck till 1945.
