We found the one under the hood now were looking for the one under the dash and its not where the book says...

Under the dash, just left of the steering column you will see a 1/4 inch, round steel wire handle. pull it forward and the fuse block will drop down. the block is covered by a black plastic cover that has to be pulled off before you can see the fuses.
