Why did mercedes make this so confusing. in america the slk 350 is a roadster, while the british slk 350 is a 4 passenger convertible like the vehicle known as the clk 350 in the usa. what is with all the uneeded confusion by damler benz?

I think your wrong. the clk and slk cars are the same no matter what country they are sold in. the 350 is the engine size. to make sure i looked at mb usa and england and the slk comes up as a roadster only in both.
