Do mercedes benz dealers intstal the mb 6 cd changer?
I have a used c320 without a cd changer option. will i be able to have any mercedes benz dealer install this changer or is this a man
ufacturer only option?

If it is a stock mercedes radio, the dealer can install a changer. expect over $1000 for it.many factory radios can be fitted with after-market changers using an adapter, but most late-model mercedes use fiber optic cables between the radio and changer, so this option usually is not available.
