Contact the state transportation dept and check with them regarding the regulations for licensing a taxi.you will wanna contact your county and city offices as well for business licensing, and some have a taxi licensing division as well.there will be some special equipment you will need for your vehicle as well, and signage as per regulations.i ran a service in central nc for two years from 2002-2003. i can help you with marketing ideas and such - email me.
