I have an 03 mercedes ml 350 with 35500 miles on it. i had my brakes done by mercedes at 27100 miles and now they are done. is there any type of warranty when it was done by them? thanks

Nope. pads are wear and tear items. all pads will wear down and need replacing. your pads wore a bit quickly, but that could be to your driving style and the fact you drive a ridiculously heavy car (more weight, quicker wear). you did get 27k miles out of them, not 3000. the only way they would cover anything would be if you could prove their defective work is the reason for the wear. i would not even bother. you are better spending your energy looking for aftermarket pads this time around that may not wear so quickly.
