What would be a nice
price for a 2001 jeep tj (wrangler) se that has a blown engine?
Somebody have any suggestions on what it would be worth? it is in decent shape except the engine being toasted.thanksit was quoted $3000 to replace the engine.mr. b . thanks for the info, and you are so kind to rid me of this problem of mine. :)it is/was a 4cyl. soft top1/2 doors.the body is in pretty decent shape . i live here in middle tn so the winters are mild and there is no salt on the roads like up in mi.

Running 2001 around here will bring in about 7-8 grand
minus the 2k for a new engine 1k for install

minus a grand for not running and your selling it at about 3-4 k, or maybe a little less seeing as a i can get a beat up running tj for a little more
basicly look at cars near you just like yours and then take off 3-4k for no engine
