Jeep

My jeeps tran light started blinking, once it started doing that the jeep starting shimmying at an idle. if i put aliitle gas to it, it shimmies more until i get to a higher speed. atleast i cant really tell if it does it or not at a faster speed. oil and transmission levels are fine. i checked them and am fine on that. anyone have an idea of the problem?

If the light is blinking you need to get to a shop right away because anytime a light on your dash is blinking it means imminent damage. the shimmy you are feeling is probably the trans limp-in mode. which means it now only works in 3rd gear to try and save itself some damage. this problem will not go away, it needs to be looked at.
