Does it matter was kind of engine i have as long as it fits im new to this whole car thing tell me what size engine i could put in i know that a 4.7 v8 will fit because the same car come made with it , it curently has a 4.0 this is for future refrence thanks in advance

If you want to replace the engine keep the 4.0l as the v8 engines are pieces of crap and they get terrible gas mileage. the 4.0l inline 6 engines are bulletproof and last forever if you take care of them.
