Need to tow stuff behind a jeep wrangler?

I called u-haul for a small trailer to tow behind a jeep wrangler but they have this stupid policy in plaace that no vehicle with a soft top can pull a trailer . does anyone know of a company that will lease a small trailer to tow behind a jeep wrangler
