Will i be sued for breaking the care lease early?
I am looking for advice from those who went thru voluntary car repossession. i have decided to return my leased jeep back to the dealership before the lease is up. i know the consequences of my decision. my main question is what is the likelihood of chrysler financial suing me for the deficiency? after they sell the car, i will probably end up owing over $10,000. if you have gone thru voluntary repossession, with chrysler financial, please tell me what happened after you returned the car. thanks.
