Have rust in radiator tj 97 jeep??
We have rust in the radiator of our 97 tj jeep it has no visible holes. the radiator its self has been flush 2x professionally . still has problem !
rust colored fluid in both the over flow and radiator. radiator cap now is starting look like it is rusted on inside . thanks in advance for the help :)

My mother had a 99 cherokee with teh same problem. in her case the radiator had not been flushed in a long time, and by the time she had it fushed the rust had moved into the engine block water cavities.you can have the radiator pulled and acid bathed (vatted) at a radiator shop to remove the rust, but if its that bad it may be in your block and return.
