I am getting ready to sale my old 90 jeep and i was wondering what all should i include in my bill of sale?
Also i an wanting to include a stipulation, if not paid off in the date stated in the bill of sale can i charge the buyer a fee untill its paid off??

Do not give your vehicle away unless they give you the $$$ up front
the buyer should take out a loan thru their credit union or bank and give you cash or a cashiers check
repeat- do not give the keys, title to your car to someone unless they pay 100% for it
