In addition the the performan ce chip i am buying appropriate intake, headers, exhaust, etc. 1.what is the downside of using a performan ce chip besides fuel consumption? 2. has anyone ever used a chip in a jeep wrangler?

I have a jet performance chip on my 2001 jeep wrangler and it does make a big difference.the only thing is i added a aem cold air intake at the same time so i not sure what is making the biggest impact.the gas mileage has improved greatly with the chip and intake,myself i would add the intake before the exhaust.
