Why would my car idle rough and misfire after replacing the spark plug, air filter and oil change??

You either have a bad spark plug or wire. it is not that hard to check, make sure that you are wearing heavy rubber gloves, and with the engine runing take off one plug at a time untill you find the one that makes little or no difference. make sure that you ground each wire so that you are not getting a bad read on the dis system.
