Preventative maintance would require you to change it out at 60,000 to 75,000 miles
to make sure it wont snap. but timing belts are knows to last alot longer depending on how you drive your vehicle. i would recommend it between 60k and 75k so you wont have to replace it later (when it breaks) and replace alot more than you would have to if you did it early.
